Council maintains an internal non-public register of local suppliers who wish to be given the opportunity to quote for the supply of specified goods and services. The form below should be used by local suppliers to request to be added to the register, and must include a valid email address and identify what goods or services can be supplied.  Quotation requests will be sent by Council via email.

A "local supplier" is defined as a supplier with a permanent workplace situated within the Somerset Regional Council boundary.

Inclusion on this register does not guarantee that a contract will be entered into by Council. Determination of suppliers is in accordance with Council's Procurement Policy.

Council also maintains a publicly available directory of local businesses and community organisations.
