Have Your Say - Draft Economic Development Strategy
Background
Somerset Regional Council has engaged consultants, Lucid Economics, to assist developing a new Economic Development Strategy for the Somerset region.
The project commenced in early 2022 and has included a detailed economic and industry analysis, background reports and preliminary stakeholder engagement through several meetings, interviews and briefings, including workshops with Somerset Regional Council’s Economic Development and Tourism Advisory Committee (EDTAC).
Get Involved
Council now seeks broader community input on the Draft Economic Development Strategy titled, The Next Horizon.
The Draft Economic Development Strategy will be available on Council’s website until Monday 17 October 2022 and comments and feedback can be provided via email to mail@somerset.qld.gov.au
