Notice of Sale of Land for Overdue Rates and Charges (substituted service)

Council is giving a notice of intention to sell land for overdue rates or charges by way of substituted service, pursuant to Section 239 (3) of the Local Government Act 2009 (Queensland), because Council does not know or is uncertain about a landowner’s current address.
