Tai Chi Classes
Monday evening and Thursday morning classes, suitable for beginners and all ages
Join Judy and Gary at 3pm Monday or 9am Thursday for a relaxing weekly Tai Chi class.
Tai Chi is a perfect, gentle way to improve mood, flexibility, muscle strength and balance while decreasing stress, anxiety and depression.
