What are the plants telling us - about the soil, about the climate, about history? How do we listen? Join Mutual Making and weed expert, Kate Wall, for a guided weed walk followed by relaxed conversation over locally inspired refreshments.

Mutual Making is an ongoing series of plant inspired events presented by artists Dhana Merritt and Caitlin Franzmann. For this special event at The Condensery, they will be joined by gardening professional, Kate Wall, who will guide visitors on a weed walk around the gallery grounds. From the lawn to the creek, she will demonstrate what we can learn from weeds – how to read the conditions of the land and how to best understand and support the biodiversity of each specific context.
