- Service program
- The service operates three days per week on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Regular programs include health and fitness activities, social and community connections, arts programs, social groups and regular excursions to paces of interest chosen by group members.

- Any age from school leaving age. Different groups for different ages and interests.
- Referral pathways
- Self Referral for individuals who have an NDIS Plan who are NDIA managed, Plan Managed or Self Managed. Services can also be purchase privately. My Aged Care for individuals approved for Commonwealth Home Support Program (Social Support Group) or a Home care package
- Cost
- Costs for support for NDIS Clients and Home care Clients are available on the ALARA website. There may be an out of pocket expense for some activities (e.g. entry costs to venues, resources for individual projects) but most activities have no out of pocket expenses.
- Intake capacity and limitations
- 2-3 week for intake.
