- Service program
- New Access is now available to residential aged care residents. Residents commonly experience challenges in adjusting to changed living arrangements. If needed staff at these centres can call New Access and a coach will contact the resident within 24-48 hours to conduct an assessment. No mental health care plan or referral is necessary. if the resident is deemed unsuitable (for example, if they require more intensive support), they will be referred to a more suitable service.
