- Montrose has over 85 years of experience working with people with a disability. We provide physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy along with Short Stay Accommodation and a Lifestyle & Leisure service. Montrose supports children and young adults with physical disabilities, neuro-muscular conditions, development delay and autism. We are a values based not-for-profit organisation with any surpluses invested back into providing services for children and families. Montrose is a registered NDIS provider and we have been working with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) since it began rolling out in Queensland.

- No referral needed, families can contact our Intake team on 1800 193 362. Our friendly intake team will help get your client registered with Montrose as quickly as possible and can advise on appointment availability and therapy staff skills.
- Cost
- NDIS registered provider. Specialist Disability Support in Schools (SDSS) – You can also access therapy in schools through the SDSS Program. Both private and public schools are eligible but the Principal’s permission is required. Medicare (Chronic Disease Management) – A chronic medical condition is one that has been present for six months or longer. You can access rebates for a limited number of sessions with Therapists. Your General Practitioner can help access this funding. Private health insurance with gap-only payments via HiCAPS. Montrose continue to work with families with Helping Children with Autism (HCWA) and Better Start for Children with Disability although most families will now access support through the NDIS. Self funded.
