The LIME Program, developed by Lives Lived Well, empowers people to live their lives well! Specifically designed to address low-intensity mental health concerns, whether it’s anxiety, health issues, work stress, relationship or family challenges, long-term isolation, loneliness, sleep deprivation, or other pressures, our compassionate mental health clinicians are here to support you. Together, we’ll create personalised strategies to meet your needs and enhance your overall wellbeing.
Geographic coverage area
Location: In addition to on-site sessions in Warwick, Dalby, Gatton, and Kingaroy, the Lives Lived Well team also offers telehealth services, extending coverage to the Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN catchments, as well as the Western Queensland PHN catchment. We also provide support at the Murgon Youth Hub for young people living in the South Burnett region

Service description
Connect with a skilled Lives Lived Well clinician who will assist you in setting practical goals and developing skills for lifelong wellbeing. Our service includes five free sessions, delivered in person, over the phone, or online.
Eligibility criteria (including age)
12 years and over
Referral pathways
Self referral by calling 1300 971 309 or visit website. No mental health care plan needed. GP or other organisations can also refer on your behalf.

Funded through contract
Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN funded until Mid 2022
Intake capacity and limitations
No limit. Once a referral is received, a coach will call you withing 24-48 hours to book an appointment. Wait times are no longer than seven days.
