Service program

Provides housing and homelessness support to young people and young families: 1. Supports any young person aged 16 to 25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to access safe and sustainable housing. Provides case management support 2. Provides short term (approx. 3 months) supported accommodation in 5 ICYS properties (located in Ipswich) for young families who are homeless (young people aged 16-25 with children in their care). Provide intensive case management to address barriers to sustainable housing.

place based from the ICYS lowood Youth Hub on Thursdays only, with limited outreach to homes/public places/ schools, phone. Young people must be able to access the lowood Youth Hub on a Thursday for intake.
